Well, I submitted my entry to the "Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter" Tim Burton contest. They say it takes up to 2-3 days to show up on the official Facebook page. When it does I'll be soliciting for your votes and your friends votes. I need at least 500 to be in the top 5 right now--blows my mind. Tim Burton will pick the winner only from the most votes in the top five. So, here it is!

Deviantart "Dark Shadows" Contest Entry

Well, on the recommendation of a friend I decided to enter this Tim Burton will be picking a piece of artwork for his new film "Dark Shadows". Who knows what the odds are, since Tim Burton himself will be picking the winner. It's so exciting to know that he may actually take a look at my artwork, but who knows! :) I had to do it as a true Tim Burton fan and and artist. It was pretty fun to work on, though I did not get much sleep.

My NEXT Altered Art project!

It arrived today! My NEXT Altered Art project! Can you believe it? This little birdy is missing it's tail and needs lots of love! The really COOL and different thing about this one is that instead of swinging on a swing like the last two automaton bird jewelry boxes [which I still love, btw!], it actually JUMPS from perch to perch while the music plays! How awesome is that?
